Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?
A: You can reset your password here. You must provide a valid userid and a valid clientid.
Q: I am getting a message telling me that "Your session has expired". Why?
A: Your connection to StaffingSoft has been idling for an extended period of time. Therefore, the idled connection is automatically expired. You just need to login again to gain access to StaffingSoft.
Q: I can successfully login from my desk? However, when I go my to co-worker's desk and try to login again as myself, I get an "Invalid login" message. Why?
A: A userid can only be login from one computer at a time. From the same PC, the user can login from multiple browser sessions. However, the same userid is not allowed to login from more than one computer at any one time.
